Request an appointment at Neurotherapeutix
Taking the first step toward a new treatment approach can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve spent months or years searching for answers.
Whether you’re exploring treatment options for the first time or looking for an alternative after medications, psychotherapy, or standard TMS therapy haven’t provided the results you hoped for, submitting an appointment request is simply the beginning of a conversation.
Our team is here to answer your questions, learn about your treatment history, and help determine whether our personalized approach is right for you.
At Neurotherapeutix, we are the only clinical practice in the United States offering patented computational brain mapping to personalize fMRI-guided TMS therapy.
By combining advanced functional imaging with individualized treatment planning, we help patients explore a more precise approach to psychiatric and neurological care.
If you’re curious about how fMRI-guided TMS therapy works, our team will walk you through the process and answer any questions during your consultation.
Start the conversation
Some people contact us after trying multiple medications without meaningful improvement. Others have completed standard TMS therapy elsewhere or are seeking a more personalized approach tailored to how their brain functions rather than a standardized treatment protocol.
Every patient’s journey is different.
No matter where you are in your journey, requesting an appointment does not commit you to treatment. It simply allows our team to learn more about your needs and determine whether Neurotherapeutix may be an appropriate fit.
Complete the form on this page, and one of our team members will contact you to discuss next steps.
What happens after you submit?
Once your appointment request is received, our team begins reviewing the information you’ve provided so we can better understand your needs before reaching out.
We review your submission.
Our clinical team reviews your request to understand your symptoms, treatment history, and the reason you’re seeking care.
Providing as much information as possible on the appointment form helps us prepare for your initial conversation.
A team member reaches out.
After reviewing your submission, a member of our clinical team will contact you to discuss your goals, answer questions about our approach, and explain what to expect moving forward.
During this conversation, we’ll also discuss scheduling, whether additional records would be helpful, and whether an in-person or virtual consultation would be appropriate given your circumstances.
You complete your initial consultation.
Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss your symptoms, previous treatments, and goals with an experienced clinician.
Depending on your individual needs, your evaluation may include discussion of previous medications, psychotherapy, standard TMS therapy, imaging, or other treatment approaches you’ve already explored.
If appropriate, we’ll explain how fMRI-guided computational brain mapping and personalized treatment planning may fit into your care.
